Traditional Chocolate Chip Cookies

An easy and delicious traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe that may become your go-to
Because of the frequent request for chocolate chip cookies, it only makes sense that I have a good go-to recipe. I have all sorts of chocolate chip cookie recipes, but with special ingredients or unique variations.
All those other recipes are great, but they may not always be convenient. So my goal was to create a chocolate chip cookie recipe that contained the traditional ingredients, without the fancy extras.
These cookies will be my go-to, having that classic buttery brown sugar cookie base and accentuated with a good amount of semi-sweet chocolate chips. The texture is perfect, with the slightly crisped edges and soft, slightly chewy middles.
It’s funny how something so simple can turn out tasting so good.
