I have been craving brownies a LOT lately. Specifically, thick fudgy brownies with no need for frosting. Today, I am all out of brownies, so this is an urgent matter; I must make more!
Again, I will be making the thicker, fudge-like brownies. And not only for the texture, but to make them extra chocolatey, I will use more
cocoa powder than flour in this recipe. And to make sure they are not dry, there will be no shortage of butter!
